Glass & Gain explores live performance and music culture in The Greater Philadelphia Area. We provide front row access to the people, culture, and business of live music. This publication is built for fans who want to know how the machine works and industry professionals who need to keep their ears to the ground.

Inside The Publication

Book Club Sessions We are bringing well-read independent artists into their local libraries for down to earth conversations and quiet performance sessions. Our pilot season is currently in production and will be available here and on YouTube soon!

Creator Journals Our team is constantly hard at work on a variety of projects. Creator Journals is our way of sharing that side of our work with readers. We’ll be building projects in the public square and challenging industry standards every step of the way.

Concert Reviews Our team of photographers and writers are capturing front row chaos straight from the pit. We’ll tell you what we thought incase you were on the fence about buying a ticket.

Music Reviews Our writers are deep diving into an artist catalog and history to dissect their most recent releases with context. Readers can expect reviews of underground and independent music from musicians just a few streams away from their next breakthrough.

Event Spotlight Live entertainment is a 2.5 trillion dollar industry and there are more events happening in one weekend than there are days in the month. We go behind the scenes at our favorite events to show our readers what they’re really missing.

When you grant Glass & Gain access to your artists, you’re securing industry literal editorial coverage. Our work is distributed directly to an engaged audience of music professionals, creatives, and fans.
